2 INFORMATION AND CONSENT

As set out in the Organic Law 15/1999, on the protection of personal data (from this point forward, “LOPD”), and keeping in mind the UE 679/2015 Regulation on data protection, through the acceptance of the present user privacy policy (from this point forward, the “User”) gives their informed, express, free and unequivocal consent so that the gathered personal data through the website www.madridhomestay.com (from this point forward, the “Website”) are included in the file owned by duly recorded before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and which have had security measures applied, both organizational as well as technical, required by the Royal Decree 1720/2007 (from this point forward, “RLOPD”).

When the personal data is collected via formulae that can facilitate the development of their activity on the Website, it will be necessary that the User contributes, at least, those marked with an asterisk as, if they do not supply the information considered necessary, we cannot allow the User to use the services through the Website.

The User guarantees that the personal data given to Madrid Home Stay are sure and exact, with which Madrid Home Stay will not take any responsibility for incidences derived from inaccuracy or falsehood in the information provided by the User.

The User, as sole respondent for the treatment, will be responsible for complying with all the applicable data protection regulations. In addition, the User agrees to obtain all consent, authorization and/or legally required approvals before including personal data on the Website or before using the Website.

3 PURPOSE OF TREATMENT

The personal data of the User or of third parties that are assigned by the User will be treated by Madrid Home Stay through the Website only for the following purposes:
· To carry out the function of the Website designed to provide the services offered in it.
· To comply with the legally established obligations.

Not in any case we will perform any of the following activities:
· Transfer the data to other people or entities, without the prior consent of the User.
· Transfer them to other States, without prior consent of the User.

4 USER DATA

The User guarantees that the provided information is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and is responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of a breach of such obligation.

In the event that the data provided belonged to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained his authorization to provide his data to the person responsible for the aforementioned purposes.

Madrid Home Stay cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the systems, therefore, it does no assume any responsibility for the damages or losses derived from alterations that third parties may cause in computer systems, electronic documents or files.

5 EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

6 ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The User acknowledges and agrees to have read and understood this Privacy Policy whose content constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Madrid Home Stay regarding the use and treatment of their personal information within the Website.

The User expressly agrees to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, without exception of any of its provisions.

In addition to the provisions contained in this Privacy Policy, the User agrees to comply with the Legal Notice. Madrid Home Stay reserves the right to update and make changes to the Privacy Policy even without prior notice to the User. Such modifications must be made effective at the time of their publication on the Website, where they will be available to the User at all times. In this sense, we recommend the User regularly consults the content of the Privacy Policy to be aware of any modification that affects the processing of data within the Website.

Madrid Home Stay - Dance Classes

To share a Spanish experience with your host family is a lot, but in order to get into the Spanish culture, there is so much more you can do! At Madrid Home Stay, we also offer you the possibility to attend dance classes and discover some of the Spanish and Latin American dances. In these regions of the world, dancing is a way to express your emotions, meet new people and, more than anything, have fun.

We collaborate with Dance Classes Madrid, and we have created a wide range of classes, for every ability level, so that you can find the dance best suits your tastes and desires. You can choose from any of the wide range of dance classes that we offer:

Total immersion

1. Total immersion

All immersion programmes include the following services:

- Accommodation with a host family (single room) in the centre of Madrid.All of our host families have children and are chosen for their motivation, experience and love of what they do.

- Full board (all meals with the family)

- Pick up and drop off at the airport.Our families will accompany the student to the check-in desk. Arrivals on Sundays (from 8:00 to 22:00). Departures on Saturdays or Sundays.

- Guaranty that you will be the only student of your native language in the house. This way, you will have to talk in Spanish with the family and with other students if there are any

- Cultural immersion programmes: tours of Madrid and its most famous sights (Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Retiro, etc.) and visits to places of interest (Royal Palace, Reina Sofía Museum)

- Participation in the family´s daily routine (shopping, walks, leisure activities, etc.)

- Contact with local coordinator: (24/7 emergency phone during the weekend) during all stay.

*The price of activities such as cultural visits or social activities is not included. We recommend budgeting approximately 30€ per week.

2. Academic immersion

2.1 JUNIOR: 13-17 YEARS OLD

This programme includes all of the features of the Total Immersion programme, plus some Spanish classes at home, taught by qualified and experienced teachers. A diploma will be issued at the end of the course

2.2YOUNG PEOPLE: 18-25 YEARS OLD

This programme includes all of the features of the Total Immersion programme, plus a Spanish course and cultural activities at AIL Madrid language school, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes.

Type of courses:

Semi-intensive course:

o 2 lessons per day in one of the following schedules: from 9:00 to 10:40, from 11:10 to 12:50, from 13:00 to 14:40 or from 15:10 to 16:50.OR
o 4 lessons per day, 2 days per week, in the morning from 9:00 to 12:50 or in the afternoon from 13:00 to 16:50, and 2 hours a third day of the week either from 9:00 to 10:40, from 11:10 to 12:50, from 13:00 to 14:40 or from 15:10 to 16:50. If you choose this option, classes should be on consecutive days, for example: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Intensive course:

o 20 lessons per week (4 lessons of 50 minutes per day, from Monday to Friday) in the morning or in the afternoon.Groups have maximum of 8 students and an average of 6, which is among the lowest in Madrid.

Activities:

Each week we organise 10 sessions of cultural activities, divided into 2 sessions every day from Monday to Friday, in the afternoon or in the evening. They aim to help students improve their knowledge of Madrid (through walking tours of the city and visits to the most famous museums), and also increase their understanding of Spanish culture and customs. This programme also includes evenings out to practice Spanish, discover Madrid at night and make friends with other students at the school.

This programme also includes:

- Language level test- Welcome Tapas night at a typical Spanish bar with a member of AIL Madrid Staff

- First book and materials for classes

- Free internet access from 9:00 to 21:00 via WIFI or the touch-screen computers located in reception at AIL Madrid school

- Free borrowing of Spanish mobile phone or SIM card

 - Language exchange service with other students

- 24 hour emergency number during the weekend

- Final exam

- Course Diploma certified by Instituto Cervantes

3. Travel immersion: 18 to 25 years old

This programme includes all of the features of the Total Immersion programme, plus guided excursions to Toledo (half day) and Segovia (all day).
