

We have a four step booking process:
On the first working day after you have arrived in your Spanish home stay family, we would like to welcome you and meet you in person. For this reason we invite you to come to our office to answer any doubts or questions you may have and to use the opportunity to carry out the necessary administrative tasks, such as signing the contract.
Once you have left your Spanish home stay family, we will return your deposit to you after checking that the room is in good condition.
Payments should be made during the first five days of every month. Madrid Home Stay is not responsible for any bank transfer charges.
